PAYMENT METHOD: Credit card, direct deposit or wire transfer
Use the following procedure for the payment of your registration fee:
STEP 1: Fill out the registration form here. Through that form, you can pay online by credit card. For wire transfer or direct deposit continue to step 2.
STEP 2: Make the payment for the corresponding amount in the following account, by mean of direct deposit or bank transfer. Remember that the amount to be paid depends on the type of registration you have registered on the form in step 1. Check the registration fees here. If you are going to present a paper, you must make the payment of your registration fee after receiving the notification of acceptance from the Scientific Committee.

STEP 3: Send an email to financierogye@ups.edu.ec and dherrerab@ups.edu.ec with the subject: CITIS FEE PAYMENT_FULL-NAME, attaching the transfer/deposit voucher. To access the scholarship for undergraduate students, you must also attach a valid Certificate of Enrollment issued by the Secretary of your Faculty. To access the scholarship for university teachers, you must attach a Labor Certificate issued by the Human Resources Department of your Higher Education Institution. These enabling documents must be written in English or Spanish.
